  • Is your treatment safe for my kids and my pets?

    We abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Structural Pest Control Board of Texas under the Department of Agriculture. With that said, we cannot know how one would react to insecticide. 

    Please call us to discuss any concerns that you may have regarding treatment.

  • What insecticides do you use?

    All insecticides that are used will vary on treatment. We will provide any MSDS labels upon request.

  • How do I pay for my service?

    We always recommend paying the technician at the time of service, but a customer can also pay for a service over the phone. Through our website, customers have access to manage their accounts easily online.

  • How can I cancel my service?

    If an appointment needs to be cancelled, we ask that the customer notify us by phone as soon as possible.

  • Do I need to be home when the technician arrives to spray?

    We always prefer that someone meet us at the specified appointment time. Meeting the technician at the time of service can help eliminate any miscommunication that could arise during the service.

  • How soon before we can expect results?

    This will vary with each customer as each home is different. In most cases, customers should see results immediately but severity of an infestation can hinder immediate results.

    Customer preparation is always key. This will be discussed when scheduling an appointment.
